Dashboards are a visual representation of data in Synergist. They make it easy to see issues at a glance without having to drill into detailed lists of numbers. There are many dashboards in Synergist, grouped by area of interest. You control which dashboards can be accessed by user:
Click on dashboards allowed to select which can be seen. There are six dashboards available:
The first four of these have pre-made tiles depicting certain KPIs relevant to their area. The Performance and Data analytics dasboards differ in that you can create list views of data like opportunities, organisations, tasks, invoices etc and choose to save those to your Personal dashboard. Similarly Data analytics report views can be saved to your Data analyics dashboard.
Every pre-made dashboard has a help icon that can be used to open more information of what the dashboard displays and what options are available:
