Using embedded fields within Synergist HTML template documents

Embedded fields can be added to Synergist template documents by selecting this tool from the menu bar.  Mouse over the table that contains the field you wish to embed to see a list of available fields.  Custom fields can also be included, these are listed after all the available standard fields and show the field number in brackets after the field name

A new field is then added to the document template (see field marked in red). When this template is used to create a new document, the contact name (along with all the other embedded fields already selected) will be automatically inserted into the document.

Note: Not all fields are available when using a template. For instance, you will need to create a document from within a job to access a job number.
