If time is posted and entered to the wrong job / phase it is possible to reverse this out.
The time sheet user creates a repeat entry, but with negative units to reverse out the mistake. This is done in exactly the same way as entering normal time, just with the minus sign (-) in front of the units.
It is important to repeat all the original details (including the mistakes) when reversing, such as date / charge code / units etc. Please note this can only be done via the daily, not weekly, view.
Once the reversed entry has been made, the correct time can then be entered as originally desired.
