If time is posted and entered to the wrong job / phase it is possible for a full user to transfer this to the correct job / phase.
However, any other errors such as date / charge code / units etc will need to be reversed.
There are two ways to reverse time.
One way is for the original time sheet user to repeat the entry, but with negative units to manually reverse out the mistake. This is done in exactly the same way as entering normal time, just with the minus sign (-) in front of the units.
It is important to repeat all the original details (including the mistakes) when reversing, such as date / charge code / units etc. Please note this can only be done via the daily, not weekly, view.
Once the reversed entry has been made, the correct time can then be entered as originally desired.
The alternative way to reverse out time is for a full user to access the timesheet list and reverse sheets automatically.
