Issue: Unable to print PDF when using Microsoft PDF printer
A save as dialog pops up (twice) no matter which save location/filename option is chosen. Any attempt to save the file fails with "unable to start print job".
Resolution:
Unfortunately we have no resolution for this problem as it requires changes in the layout design software which is SRPro and is therefore out of Synergist's control. We are currently going through a process of updating all of our clients layouts to use a more sophisitcated layout design software called HM Reports. Layouts that have been updated to use HM Reports no longer encounter this issue - please contact helpdesk to have your layouts converted to use the new report format.
