How to change / can't remember your password

You can reset your password and get a username reminder from the Synergist login screen:

Your email address must be included in your user profile in Synergist to make use of these.

Clicking Forgot password will prompt for your email address and send you a link to enable secure password reset.

Clicking Forgot username will prompt for your email address send you an email with your username,

If you have not yet set your email address on your Synergist user record you will have to contact your internal Synergist administrator who can access your user record and set a new password for you.  They should require you to reset this new password on first login to ensure your password is not known by anyone other than you.
