How to change / can't remember your password

Issue:

Password needs changing or permissions need adjusting.

Forgotten password.

Resolution:

Someone at your site will normally be assigned the job of Synergist administrator

They will not be able to access your existing password but they will be able to reset your password and change your access:

• Click on the cog icon at the top right
• File maintenance

• Users
• Click on user
• Click "Set password"

• Enter the new password and repeat new password
• Click Save

• To change the user permissions you will need to click on the Permissions tab from the user record.
