How to set up the Synergist mobile device app

Setting up the Synergist app is straightforward just fill in the sections below as demonstrated with your relevant details:

Name: This can be set to anything, it is just a description.

Username: Your Synergist username.

Password: Your Synergist password.

Server: The address for connecting to your Synergist cloud server.  This will be a resolvable name as in the example above.

SSL: On

Other Notes:

For systems that host Synergist on their own server, when testing a new connection make sure that you are not connected to the office wifi network - this may prevent a successful connection to the external address of your router.
