Multi-user record save warnings

Issue:

When I try to save a tab I get a message of "Unable to save the current tab due to it having been updated by...."

e.g.

Error:

This is a feature of a database of this nature.  If one user is editing (for example) a Job Header other users cannot perform actions that will also update the Job Header.

Resolution:

You must close without saving and the re-open the record to get the latest saved version of the record.  Record saving is happening very often in main records like job header, job phase, organization etc, so losing changes made should not be a cause for concern.  If you have entered a lot of text into a field on screen you can close the warning by clicking stay on page and copy your text to clipboard before closing the record.
