Once you have setup the information required to post your Sales and / or Purchase Invoices to your external account package, it is possible to export these from the left hand navigation panel:
From here you can chose either Sales or Purchases using the top left radio buttons, or view batches already posted. You can view what is waiting to be batched and create a new batch to be posted.
Once a batch has been created, it can be viewed where line items can be 'de-batched' or opened to be amended prior to posting.
Please note: For technical reasons links to ‘Sage 50 Direct Interface’ and ‘Exchequer’ will still require Synergist Connect / 4D client to carry out the actual posting procedure. Please see a link below to our Knowledge Base article on this:
