Dashboard have three types of filters for Management and Sales: All; my team; current user.
All and current user are self explanatory, but as there is more than one type of team available within Synergist below is a list of the applicable definition in each instance:
Pipeline: job team
Billing forecast: job team
Targets and orders: handlers filtered by their user team
Hours sold: staff filtered by their user team
Financial summary: job team
Staff utilization: this has a team view, however, team filter is needed by staff team to only show one team.
Top clients: job team

You can amend a user setup so they can see some or all of these filters. This is available on the access tab of the user record:
