The billing plan report lists all billing plans dated in the period specified on jobs matching any other filters you have used. The planned value is shown along with the & of the quoted value this represents for the job/phase in question. In addition any sales invoices linked directly to the billing plan are displayed along with any comments entered onto the billing plan.
The report can be run at job level or at phase level. Only billing plans at the appropriate level will be included on the report.
Report specific options:
This report has one additional filter available - the ability to include billing plans which have been invoiced, and those which have not been invoiced as separate selections.
