You may find you have many jobs that follow a similar or same format, so you may wish to create a template containing the standard information to save time generating each one from scratch every time.
Creating a template is very straight forward. You begin by creating a new job as outlined in our Jobs and opportunities section.
Typically templates are set up and assigned to an internal client for yourselves. Remember when generating a template, you may wish to select the 'own job number' from additional options rather than using the next consecutive job number for your template.
Once within the job, you can mark the job as a template from the details tab:
The template can have many components added which you can select to be copied across when used:
