Our aims: 
We aim to provide ongoing, expert, friendly advice quickly and clearly, either by email or by telephone. We can, when necessary, connect to your computer and watch you demonstrate a problem. The vast majority of calls are answered at first contact by our team of analysts, but in the event of a call requiring further investigation, the support team have direct access to the software developers, ensuring a rapid response to the most complex of questions. 

However, certain questions cannot be answered with knowledge of Synergist alone. Some questions require an understanding of your individual business practices and requirements. Where the answer to a question seems likely to require a change in procedure, or a change in the way your system is configured we may feel that it is better for your Agency Works’ Client Service Team to be involved in that discussion. Similarly, if a new member of staff is struggling with the basics we may refer you to them for training.  If you are in any doubt about who to contact with a question, you should contact us.
