In the top right you'll find your own user controls where you can upload a picture, amend your password and, view / amend your user preferences and log out:
The preferences window allows you to set contact information, social media URLs, configure certain appearance options, set up multi-factor authentication (if enabled in your system) and authenticate any supported cloud file connector you use.
