Clearing down old batches (GDPR)

From time to time you may need to clear down existing personal data on your contacts.

You will most likely need to filter your contacts first and then using the batch update feature (via the actions button) it is possible to clear down data you should no longer keep due to data protection issues. This can be done by marking the contact as ‘inactive’ and applying the ‘cleardown’ option:
